We provide 2 years warranty on our lifts from the date of purchase. This warranty covers material and manufacturing defects in both the mechanical and electrical components.

 

To make claims under this warranty, you must be in possession of your original receipt. In case of problems, always contact us by e-mail or telephone first; returns related to warranty will also only be accepted with a return form and a copy of the receipt. Visiting us personally for returns is only possible by making an appointment.

 

Upon receipt of your returns, the products are examined by us upon entry, and then (after consultation with our suppliers) we determine whether the problem can be resolved by us or whether a replacement product is needed.
